Teyon is an experienced development studio with numerous titles to its credit. We employ over 150 employees, and apart from Krakow, we are also located in Łódź, Warsaw, and even Tokyo.
Teyon is looking for talented people who will support us with their skills, knowledge, and ideas for our upcoming project. This new action RPG game for PC and console will be developed by the team, responsible for our previous titles Terminator: Resistance and RoboCop: Rogue City.

Duties
  • Manage the creation of complex and visually stunning 3D environments.
  • Work closely with the lead to define and establish the artistic vision of the game.
  • Maintain advanced art pipelines and tools to streamline asset creation.
  • Mentor and provide direction to junior and regular artists, fostering their growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure art assets meet gameplay and technical requirements.
  • Create detailed and highly optimized environments with a focus on performance.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge rendering techniques and technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical artists and engineers to push the boundaries of visual quality.
  • Conduct regular art reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Coordinate the entire level construction process, spanning from the initial grey-block rapid layout to the final assets.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, actively participating in the game development community, and sharing knowledge within the studio.
  • Mentor junior artists, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Maintain team best practices.
Required skills
  • Mastery of 3D modeling and texturing software, including expertise in complex asset creation.
  • Extensive experience with creating and optimizing assets for different platforms.
  • Deep understanding of advanced rendering techniques and technologies.
  • Strong artistic direction and the ability to set and maintain a cohesive visual style.
  • Basic leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire junior artists.
  • Experience in researching and implementing cutting-edge graphics techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for complex technical and artistic challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

 

Nice to have

  • Mastery of procedural content generation techniques.
  • Expertise in shader development and custom rendering solutions.
  • Knowledge of advanced physics simulations (e.g., destruction, fluid dynamics).
  • Experience with machine learning and AI for procedural content generation.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as ray tracing.
  • Expertise in architectural design and visualization.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience with photorealistic environment creation.
  • Proficiency in multiple 3D software packages and plugins.
