Teyon is an experienced development studio with numerous titles to its credit. We have over 150 employees, and apart from Kraków, we are also located in Łódź, Warsaw, and even Tokyo.

Teyon is looking for talented people who will support us with their skills, knowledge, and ideas for our upcoming project. This new action RPG game for PC and console will be developed by the team responsible for our previous titles Terminator: Resistance, RoboCop: Rogue City, and RoboCop: Rogue City - Unfinished Business.

We are looking for someone who will support us in creating the environment and its elements in a photorealistic style.

Duties

Assist in modeling, texturing, and optimizing 3D assets for real-time rendering.
Collaborate with senior artists to create 3D game environments, props, and assets.
Create basic environmental elements like simple architectural structures and small props.
Support the art team in asset integration and bug fixing.
Maintain organization of project files and assets.
Stay updated on industry trends and software tools.
Continuously improve skills through self-learning and training.

Required skills

Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
Basic knowledge of texture creation and mapping techniques.
Understanding of real-time rendering and game engine workflows (e.g. Unreal Engine).
Familiarity with 2D and 3D art fundamentals, including composition and color theory.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow art direction.
Basic understanding of asset optimization and performance considerations.

Nice to have

Knowledge of architectural design concepts.
Familiarity with photogrammetry techniques.
Experience with Cinematography.
Understanding of level design principles.
Basic knowledge of scripting and automation in 3D software.
Experience with sculpting software like ZBrush.
